Lance is Vice President of the Gold Coast Law Association. He was admitted to practice as a Solicitor in Queensland in 1987. He is admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia. Queensland University of Technology awarded him a Bachelor of Laws Degree and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.

Commercial and property law is where Lance has the most knowledge and he is passionate about asset protection. He lives to help businesspeople protect what they've got, be powerful, get what they want and grow.

Some years ago, Queensland Chamber of Commerce & Industry invited him to be a Regional Councilor. The Queensland Law Society, Australian Institute of Credit Management and Department of Small Business, Tourism & Industry have all invited Lance to be guest speaker at their events.

John has been a Solicitor for more than 25 years in Queensland. Commercial law is John's forte and he has acted for many large corporations and financiers including banks, building societies and other lenders.

He had a lawyer's dream job looking after all the legal needs for Australia's largest brewery and its subsidiaries in North Queensland. There he took care of everything legal aspect concerning such a large commercial enterprise.

John is also experienced in all aspects of property and commercial transactions. Major property developments, contract law, general commercial law and corporations law are his thing.
